As ambassador for the charity Catch22, Will would like you to join him in lending your support to the Philip Lawrence Awards, a new initiative which celebrates positive young people in their communities. The awards were set up in 1997 in memory of the headteacher Philip Lawrence who was murdered outside his school when trying to rescue a pupil. His belief that 'every young person is capable of greatness' is at the heart of the awards. Every year around 10 amazing groups from around the UK are rewarded for doing all kinds of brilliant things - from running underage music festivals, setting up LGBT support groups, to campaigning against gang crime. If you would like to nominate a group for the 2010 Philip Lawrence Awards, or you would simply like to find out more, then you can do so at: www.philiplawrenceawards.net or http://twitter.com/PLAwards Nominations close on 15th September 2010.
