Foo Fighters open pub to celebrate release of new album ‘Concrete and Gold’

Foo Fighters’ ninth studio album ‘Concrete and Gold’ is released today via Columbia Records.

Written and performed by Foo Fighters and produced by Greg Kurstin and Foo Fighters, ‘Concrete and Gold’ includes the singles ‘Run’ and ‘The Sky Is A Neighborhood’ plus new track ‘The Line’.

To coincide with the release of ‘Concrete and Gold’, the band have opened ‘The Foo Fighters Arms’: their very own curated pub and pop-up shop. Playing only Foo Fighters music, serving special Foo Fighters beverages and selling exclusive merchandise and limited edition items, the pub can be found at 339 Cambridge Heath Road in London. It remains open until September 20th 2017.

Also premiering today is ‘The Making of Concrete and Gold’, an animated featurette written and narrated by Dave Grohl, directed by Visual Creatures and illustrated by Joe Garber. You can watch it here.

‘Concrete and Gold’ will be supported with a sold-out show at London’s O2 Arena next week, plus a performance at the Royal Albert Hall celebrating 25 years of Later with Jools Holland.
