J Hus releases new album, ‘Big Conspiracy’

J Hus has released his new album Big Conspiracy via Black Butter Records. 

Executive-produced by JAE5, the album includes the singles ‘Must Be’ and ‘No Denying’, alongside collaborations with Burna Boy (‘Play Play’) and Koffee (‘Repeat’). 

Featuring a blend of dancehall, Afrobeat, rap, R&B and drill, Big Conspiracy provides the follow-up to his 2017 debut Common Sense, which was nominated for the Mercury Prize and shortlisted at the BRIT and MOBO Awards. 

The record marks J Hus’ evolution as an artist. “You’re gonna hear a more grown up Hus,” he said when discussing Big Conspiracy with Wonderland magazine in their 2019 cover story. “You’re gonna hear music with more meaning.”
