Manic Street Preachers, Rag’n’Bone Man and Kasabian win at the Q Awards

The Q Awards took place in London last night at Camden’s Roundhouse, hosted by Absolute radio presenter Christian O’Connell.

The ceremony saw Rag’n’Bone Man continue his phenomenal year, as he was awarded Best Breakthrough Act for his career-defining, multi-Platinum selling debut album Human. The award was presented to him by Paloma Faith.

The Q Best Track award went to Kasabian for ‘You’re in Love with a Psycho’. The track comes from the band’s sixth studio album For Crying Out Loud – which went in at No.1 in May this year, making it Kasabian’s fifth UK No.1 album consecutively.

Manic Street Preachers took home the coveted Inspiration Award, before performing an exclusive set, after the awards ceremony to a sold-out audience.
