Artists Forward is a global initiative from Sony Music Entertainment, prioritising transparency and support for our music creators in all aspects of their development.

In the UK, Sony Music’s mental health support for artists includes in-house psychotherapy support through our Director of Artist & Employee Wellbeing, which enables us to offer bespoke advice and resources at different stages of an artist’s career, in partnership with an artist’s management team.

We routinely train all staff in best practice mental health support, we are committed to industry outreach and we support several grassroots wellbeing organisations through our UK Social Justice Fund.
