RCA UK opens pop-up residency in King’s Cross
RCA Records UK has opened a new pop-up space at Mare Street Market, King’s Cross, marking a first for the label. The residency offers a physical destination for fans to engage with RCA’s artists, catalogue, and culture.
The space showcases the label’s legacy and future through curated vinyl, exclusive merchandise, and interactive activations. Visitors can explore records from across RCA’s roster, including Beyoncé, Sade, JADE, Miley Cyrus, Bring Me The Horizon, Kaytranada, Pharrell Williams, Myles Smith, Andre 3000, and more.
Launching officially on Wednesday 24th September, the pop-up will house a dedicated activation celebrating the release of JADE’s debut album That’s Showbiz Baby. Fans will be invited to step into JADE’s world, with a curated display of her most iconic looks to date – including her Glastonbury outfit and ‘Angel of My Dreams’ ensemble.
Glyn Aikins & Stacey Tang, Co-Presidents RCA Records UK, said: “This space is more than a record shop, it’s a celebration of RCA’s past, present and future. At a time when fan connection is more important than ever and harder to win, we decided to create a physical hub that brings artists’ stories to life in a fresh, meaningful way. Mare Street Market, right on the doorstep of Sony Music HQ, felt like the perfect home for this residency. From legacy defining catalogue artists, to breakthrough talent like JADE and Myles Smith and established acts like Bring Me The Horizon, this pop-up provides everyone with a chance to get closer to the music, the culture that embraces it, the artists shaping it as well and the fandoms that support and power them all.”
Located at 2 Lewis Cubitt Walk, London N1C 4DY, the RCA Records UK pop-up is now open in one of London’s leading cultural and creative hubs.
Damaris Rex-Taylor (MD of RCA Records UK) and Alex Bean (Head of Marketing) added: “The record shop is an immersive hub where music, art, design, and culture collide. Through activations and bespoke experiences, the shop creates new ways for fans to connect with our artists. The RCA Shop is an experiential space that reflects the label’s spirit and energy: celebrating culture, sparking curiosity, and bringing people together.“
