Sony Music Artists nominated at 2026 BRIT Awards
Today, BRIT Awards 2026 announced the nominations for this year’s show during the Bring On The BRITs livestream. Sony Music has received 19 nominations.
Wolf Alice receive nominations for Album of the Year, British Group and Alternative/Rock Act, marking another significant moment in what has been an exceptional year for the band. JADE is recognised in both Artist of the Year and Pop, building on the momentum of her memorable BRITs performance last year. Sleep Token are also shortlisted in British Group.
Across the genre categories, Central Cee is nominated for Hip Hop/Grime/Rap Act, Sasha Keable is recognised in R&B, Blood Orange in Alternative/Rock and Calvin Harris in Dance alongside Fred again.., Skepta and PlaqueBoyMax.
Skye Newman earns her first BRIT nomination this year, recognised in Breakthrough Artist and for Family Matters in the publicly voted British Song of the Year category. Sony Music is also strongly represented in this category with additional nominations for Calvin Harris & Clementine Douglas’s Blessings, Myles Smith’s Nice To Meet You and Fred again../Skepta/PlaqueBoyMax’s Victory Lap.
Internationally, Rosalía is shortlisted for International Artist of the Year following the release of her groundbreaking album Lux, appearing alongside fellow nominee Tyler, The Creator. Tame Impala also receive a nomination in International Group.
Congratulations also go to our label partners. The Orchard’s Bad Bunny is nominated for International Artist of the Year, while RAYE and the team at Human Re Sources are recognised in British Song of the Year and Pop. AWAL receives nominations for Little Simz in Artist of the Year and Hip Hop/Grime/Rap, CMAT in International Artist of the Year and KWN in R&B.
Winners will be announced at the ceremony on Saturday 28th February at Manchester’s Co‑op Live — the first time in the event’s five‑decade history that the BRIT Awards will take place outside London.
