Wolf Alice receives fourth Mercury Prize nomination

Wolf Alice have been shortlisted for the 2025 Mercury Prize for their fourth studio album The Clearing, released via Columbia Records

This marks a landmark moment for the band, who have now been nominated for each of their first four albums. It’s a 100% record that sets a new precedent in the history of the prize and reflects Wolf Alice’s continued influence and creative evolution.

The Mercury Prize celebrates the best British and Irish albums of the year, recognising both emerging voices and established artists across a wide range of genres.

Congratulations to Wolf Alice and the whole Columbia team, and to our partners at AWAL for CMAT’s nomination with Euro-Country, and The Orchard for Joe Webb’s nomination with Hamstrings & Hurricanes
