George Ezra celebrates UK No.1 album with ‘Staying at Tamara’s’

George Ezra’s new record Staying at Tamara’s has topped the UK chart with the biggest album-week sales of the year so far.

“It’s incredible to think that the album is now out and in people’s cars, homes and sound-tracking people’s lives,” says George. “For it to have made it to number one is so amazing! I still can’t quite get my head around it”.

His debut record, Wanted on Voyage also reached #1 and spent 122 weeks in the chart. It’s now certified 4x platinum in the UK, gold in the US, and was amongst the top 10 biggest-selling artist albums in this country in both 2014 and 2015.

Staying at Tamara’s is released by Columbia Records and is available in a variety of formats including digital, CD, cassette and vinyl.
