Rag’n’Bone Man announces new music for Record Store Day 2018

Rag’n’Bone Man has announced a 12 inch coloured vinyl release with a limited run of 1500 copies which will only be available at record shops on Record Store Day, April 21st.

Written by Rag’n’Bone Man and produced by Ben Jackson-Cook, ‘Don’t Set the World on Fire’ and ‘George Has Got a Friend’ were recorded live and straight to vinyl at Metropolis Studios last month.

The release is his first new music since his debut album Human which has sold almost 3 million copies worldwide.

Rag’n’Bone Man (real name Rory Graham) has also been announced as the official UK Record Store Day Ambassador for 2018.

“Big up Record Store Day for having me as their ambassador this year,” says Rory. “It’s a real nice escape going to a record shop, spending hours flicking through vinyl, checking out new and old stuff, looking at the artwork & reading through the liner notes. I remember when my first project was pressed to vinyl. I swear I pinched myself 100 times to make sure it was really happening, It was so sick, especially because I’ve always been an avid collector and I never thought I’d have a press of my own!”.
