Sony Artists Honoured at The 58th GRAMMY Awards
Sony Music artists from nearly every genre of music were recognised for their outstanding achievements at the 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards last night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Mark Ronson took home two Grammys, for Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for his hit Uptown Funk (feat. Bruno Mars).
Meghan Trainor won Best New Artist, whilst D’Angelo received Grammys for both Best R&B Song (Really Love) and Best R&B Album (Black Messiah).
A host of Sony Music artists took the stage for some incredible live performances. Pentatonix teamed with Stevie Wonder to perform That’s the Way of the World in honour of Earth, Wind & Fire’s Maurice White and John Legend performed Easy in tribute to Lionel Richie.
Pitbull – who won in the category of Best Latin Rock, Urban Or Alternative Album for his album Dale – closed the show with an electric performance of El Taxi.
